A Little History.
My journey in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) began at the Flint Auto Auction in 2003, where I received hands-on training working on hundreds of cars each week. This experience gave me an advantage over those who only attended a few weeks of workshops. After three years of learning and improving, Krista and I decided to start our own business—Inside Out Auto Refinishing—specializing in Mobile Paintless Dent Repair, Auto Interior Repair, and Windshield Chip Repair in Central Michigan. We had the privilege of servicing 14 dealerships every week.
In 2017, after the birth of our first child, we made the decision to move to Traverse City, Michigan, and shift the focus of our business to spend more time with our new family. I began offering personalized, high-quality dent and hail repair services directly to car lovers. I also began to partner with body shops, and detail centers to offer PDR services as a subcontractor.
Fast forward 8 years, we have built a business that not only supports my family in multiple ways but also allows me to provide the highest level of care for my customers. By keeping the team small, I personally handle every repair, ensuring that each vehicle receives the expertise of a Master Dent Technician. This guarantees top-notch repairs at the most competitive prices, offering you exceptional quality and value you can trust. Tools and Techniques have come a long way since this picture was taken in 2012. The invention of portable reflective light boards was a huge leap.
